Make yourself at home! You really don’t need to act like a local. At least half of Varsovians were not even born here. Strangers are welcome. It is the newcomers who have always created the famous energy of Warsaw. There is a lot of everything in the capital: people, buildings, vehicles, cafes, shops, restaurants, cultural institutions. Fortunately, there are also a lot of greenery, parks, and places where you can sit down and regain strength, read a book, see an interesting exhibition, listen to music, practice urban sports, get to know and love the architecture of Warsaw!

ABOUT THE PROJECT
The project was initiated as a response to the appearance of Ukrainian youth in Warsaw greatly “rejuvenated”; the streets of the capital. The selection of presented maps invite our new co-inhabitants, and neighbours, to participate in the life of the city, look for their favourite places, build relationships with the city and people, and spend their free time in a valuable way.
15 maps contain short descriptions of interesting and popular places in Warsaw, such as: parks and green areas where you can relax or spend time, opportunities offered by the Vistula Boulevards, interesting art installations in public space, cultural institutions with a rich program of exhibitions and meetings, especially interesting architecture, but also places for practicing urban sports. We invite you for walks, e.g. in Śródmieście, Praga, Wola, Saska Kępa, Żoliborz and Mokotów.
Fajna Warszawa! is a website containing 15 walking routes, convenient navigation on Google maps, as well as descriptions of routes in files that can be easily printed on home printers.
Enjoy! See you in town!
